emergency : IO Phone won't hangup

I was on a call with a customer, our phones had a bad connection. I hung up and went to call her again using the IO Phone. It says we are still on the phone. Everytime I hit hangup it activates again.

HELP ASAP I cant make any calls and i don't want to be billed for the time the phone thinks is running. My call is off.

Looking at our logs, it looks like you were still connected with (347) 574-3129. We fixed it for you, however on our end we still see that the call is active. Let us know if you have any more issues.

It appears to be an issue with our phone provider. We're looking into it and will keep you updated.

Just to follow up on this, our phone provider's system went down very briefly today at 10:31AM UTC-4, which seems to have caused this. Please let us know if you notice an issue like this again and we'll make sure to fix it for you!

I'm having this same issue. The call will not hang up and stills says active in the log.

This should be fixed for you now. We're working with our phone provider to prevent this from happening.
