Email to customers: setting "from" and "reply-to" address
Answered
We have an automation that sends a manual email (templated in our email center) to a lead's customer. The email is currently "from" the rep assigned to the lead. Is there any way that we can change the from and reply-to addresses on that email to a different address from that of the rep?
Not sure if I 100% understand :) Change the to and from address on just this email? No, there wouldn't be a way to do this

this message is on every quote or auto booking or contract or payments . what does it mean and how do i fix it? it just started happening this week from IO alerts.

These are alerts from us. We added the message because we cannot set the reply-to email header anymore and are giving you an easy way to reply by showing the email address in the message.

So are my customers getting the email from the quote or do i have to force send it to them?

These are just the alert emails to you. Do you have the auto emails for the quote going out the the customer?

Yes they were set to go out automatically.

Nothing has changed...this alert is just saying you have to prefill the return address yourself. The automatic emails are still going out
