Make sure your email address in Settings->Company Details is the same that you used in Settings->Email Settings. If they don't match, Gmail will reject the email. I suggest you revoke your permissions in Settings->Email Settings and then do it again if it still is not working.

Still doesn't work after revoking permission and loading it again multiple times. Email in Company Details does match Email settings. In Company Details, there is a spot for password/confirm password under account email. When I open to edit, the password is always blank. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.
