Customer Calls keeping being missed

I keep getting customer calls for 0-10 seconds where it says I missed the call but it either doesn't ring me at all OR why i'm going through the talking piece where I press one it hangs up.


For one customer I know it was a butt dial, but idk what is going on with the others. Is this a customer error or is this the provider?


I have also noticed it is taking a bit longer to connect and call my phone when I call out

I checked all your calls with a duration of 10 seconds or less within the last month, and in every case it looks like the customer is hanging up before you have the chance to answer. If you have a specific example where you think this didn't happen, I can take a closer look for you and give you a more detailed explanation.
