cancelled orders showing up on calendar
Not a Problem
We are having orders that were cancelled show up on the warehouse manager's (NY) calendar. For example: 1014885. They went to deliver today only to find out that it was cancelled. It was canceled since yesterday after 4:30pm.
If you are speaking of the workers calendar, then this is why. We don't delete shifts when you mark the status of a lead canceled. You have to delete the shifts if you are canceling the lead. We will likely come up with a way to make this easier, but as of now, there are reasons that we don't feel comfortable doing this automatically.

ok, i will let the sales managers know. out of curiosity, did this change from the past? it seems that this issue came up relatively recently.
