I just created my custom domain email via google, but they asked me to mess with some DNS settings on namecheap. IO had previously asked me to set up some settings a few months ago but Im worried with the changes I made today my website is going to mess up. Any of yall experience anything like this?

Yea, pointing your nameservers to namecheap will bring your website offline. You'll need to point them back to IO.

After, you can add DNS records in your IO account for things like custom emails:

Awesome thank you. In addition to this, I’m attempting to set up marketing ninja on my website but they’re asking me to reach out and see if you could check my SSL certificate. They said It looks like my website is not secure.

This is because the nameservers had been pointed away. It will take some time for this to be fixed after you've pointed the domain back to IO.
