Text Log/thread Auto refresh

Would it be possible to make the text thread page auto refresh? We often leave that page up when we're texting customers and it would be great if it would refresh on its own, ideally, when a new text came in on that thread. however a refresh every couple minutes would be awesome too.
I like this idea
