Tasks and Journals in To Do Preset

It appears I can't have both the To Do preset and the My Stuff Preset with the option for Any checked and get items from both lists. Would it be possible that if the To Do list is for things assigned to me and unassigned, we add assigned to me tasks and assigned to me or unassigned journal entries to the to do preset?

The developers advised there is no way for both filters to show and will not likely happen soon as these are complicated filters. We plan to bring those into the app in the future.

They did suggest the notification bell option should work to show when a new lead comes in. You would just need to set these up on the worker profiles.

Ok. But the notification bell generally only updates when I manually refresh the page. Which does me no good.
