As much as I want to trust the dashboard, every time I spot-check the data it is incredibly wrong. Every. Single. Time.

Has anyone had luck generating reliable dashboard reports?

I am usually able to match up a manual report w/ a dashboard to check the numbers. Let me know of a recent example and I can help

I am trying to get sales numbers from last year on a unit-by-unit basis. Bonus points if each line item includes *customfield-178985*. I used a built-in dashboard, but it shows $149 being earned in 2024 on a unit that wasn't even in the system until last week (Rentals ID: 2704945)

I ran this report and filters to match up with your rental dashboard sales. I cannot add that optional field to this report because that is an optional field for inventory items and this report is being pulled from leads:
