Text option blocked

Solved

I added a new toll free number IO line. Now when I go to send a text from the lead a box pops up and does not allow me to choose a number to send a text and I cannot send a text at all from the lead. I should still be able to choose one of our other two existing phone numbers to send a text.

it seems that until its verified it wont work

when did you sign up for this number?

you should be able to pick the other number to text from until it gets verified from the number drop down box

It seems to be fixed now. It was preventing me from choosing other numbers
