Status not changing correctly
Known
39349273 shows as needs paid and hasn't officially reserved the items. This is the second time we have seen this happen recently. The lead has paid the deposit sometime should say confirmed

They have been setup the same way for over a year now and worked fine...not sure what would all of a sudden change

The "confirmed" status is for leads that have paid a deposit and signed a contract they need to reserve the equipment and go to the route planner....
