Status not changing correctly

39349273 shows as needs paid and hasn't officially reserved the items. This is the second time we have seen this happen recently. The lead has paid the deposit sometime should say confirmed

After taking a look at your statuses it seems like they may have been set up incorrectly. They have been setup the same way for over a year now and worked fine...not sure what would all of a sudden change

It looks like they may not be flowing due to their set up. Would you like to meet or would you like to explain to me how they should work so I can figure out exactly how they should be set up?

The "confirmed" status is for leads that have paid a deposit and signed a contract they need to reserve the equipment and go to the route planner....

The status that lead was under was "signed contract needs paid" that status is for leads that have signed a contract but haven't paid the deposit....doesn't hold the equipment and that can cause major issues obviously. This lead had a deposit paid. I have since changed it so the equipment can be reserved

It looks like you need to to to Settings-->Lead Status and check the "reserve equipment in this status" for the signed contract status.

No I do not want the equipment reserved under that, I only want equipment reserved if the deposit has been paid
