Not being able to attach a photo to a text IS HUGE NEGATIVE for my business. I am under "Event Office" as I am a balloon decorator, and our business sends and receives TONS of images.
I actually JUST got my number ported over and able to start using texting this week after waiting almost 2 months during the set up process and IT IS SOOOO HARD to navigate to the texting section, Then the way the text messages are displayed without a preview is so bad. This system has lots of room for improvement. Communication is KEY in my business and there are SO MANY clicks to get to where I need to be. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS PROCESS. Thank you
