Texts not sending over email?

Only two instances so far, but when replying to a customer text via the IO email notification like we've always done, the reply doesn't get sent back to the customer.

Same here. We can replicate it over and over. I made a ticket with a video.

I have developers looking into this and will advise when we have an update.

Developers fixed the issue with the reply not working for email text alerts. And the back logged texts were sent out.
