Charge Existing Card: Error: Invalid input data

Not a Problem

I have a lead with a card saved from when the deposit was made and I'm attempting to recharge the card for the remaining balance. On both my computer and phone I"m getting the same error: "Invalid input data".

I've had other existing cards work just fine on other leads even while this one in particular isn't working.

I had them give me a different card over the phone which worked. Not sure what the issue was with the first one.

Global is telling us it was due to address not matching....you would have to check w/ them or the customers bank for more info
