To grant permissions for workers to access reports, go to Settings-->Workers and select the worker you would like to grant permissions. The one that you are searching for is settings reports.

Thanks Nick but I can't get user BasicE to work? BasicE is a generic employee for presets when adding new employees.

To share the report to the worker, they will need to have full access. Read-only access only allows the worker to view their dashboard.
