Items in Bounce House Category Not Reflecting Correct Order

We have forced synced our changes several times and our Bounce House Category is not reflecting the correct order of bounce houses on the website. Please help

First, Clear cache in wordpress. Usually you'll see autoptimize circle in the top bar of Wordpress dashboard to clear cache.

To update the display order for items within a category, go to Settings-->Display Order-->WordPress (with your URL). Please take a look at this article for more information.
Once you have saved your changes and performed a force sync, it is a good idea as Chad suggested to clear your website cache by going to your Website->Admin Login. There will be an option to purge cache at the very top of the dashboard.

No. The initial comment was for the bounce house category , however , I’m seeing that the water slide category is not in the correct order on the website in comparison to the display order.
