IO Phone-Inbound Call (Time Series Chart)

How do we create a Time Series Chart that shows the amount of inbound calls on one axis vs the time of day? This will allow us to make strategic staffing adjusts based on REAL data;

1. When are our busiest phone times? Do we need to schedule additional phone support during certain periods of the day/week?

2. We could determine if extending our office hours (5PM-6PM) is beneficial.

3. We could use the historical data to determine when to enact our "Fall Office Schedule" which is reduced office hours.
