Hi Nicky,
Go to Settings->IO Phone to configure your voicemail. At the bottom you can choose voicemail greetings. You'll see one there I just setup for you. Click on it to edit and record your own VM message. If you configure any changes to it, be sure to test afterwards to make sure it's working properly.

I think you are getting voicemails on your nickigCon account, but are logged in to your other worker account. You'll need to verify you are logged into the correct worker account to listen to those voicemails.
