We can't figure out why Madison cannot make calls or text. we have been playing with the permissions and settings all day. thanks!

Go ahead and have her try again, and let us know if she is still having this issue. It appears to be working now when I'm logged in as Madison.

Okay. It is working for her now. Supplemental question ... she is an outbound call and text only. Is it possible for her to have IO phone access but not have an incoming ring schedule?

Yes if you delete her ring schedule she should still be able to make outbound calls and text just will not receive inbound calls.
