we are getting calls from our elf pros location to workers at the jump around location??? Kinsey for example is working today for jump around and does not even have elfpros numbers assigned to her but is getting calls. how can we fix this immediately. Also all calls from both locations are still showing up in the call and text log even for workers who shouldn't have access to it. thanks

I just adjusted the ring schedules should be okay now, wouldn't be a bad idea for you to go through each and be sure the numbers listed at the top of the schedules should be the lines they are getting calls from.
