Confirmed statues

Hello, see my confirmed statues: https://rental.software/account/#/settings/statuses/40217

I thought that with that programmation, when a lead is either signed, or deposit has been paid, it would transfer the lead into the confirmed status.

It is working when a contract is signed.

But not when deposit is paid

See this quote; https://rental.software/account/#/leads/11603605/payments

we ''received'' payment for the total of the deposit but it did not move the lead to confirmed

The confirmed status says the lead has to have a deposit AND a signed contract. Do you want to change this?

Yes please, can you let me know how to change this ?

Also, when we receive a signed contrat by fax, i saw that we can update the contract with a receive date. But can i indicate it is signed ?

So you want it to be if they ONLY pay to go to the confirmed status? The customer doesn't have to sign??

To show that they have signed go to contract area and yes, record the receive date.

Let me think about the confirmed status. I will check with my team and I'll come back to you next week

Hello

So, we want a contract to be automatically confrimed when the contract is signed. Even if we have not received the deposit.

But, if we received only the deposit, it should remain to the ''contract'' status

Can you check if this is ok : https://rental.software/account/#/settings/statuses/40217

Thank you

Make sure on this before you commit.. Here is why.. If a client signs a contract but doesn't pay anything and it goes to confirmed then the inventory is locked out for rentals to anyone else... Then if you try to rent those items yuu can't unless you do some manual overrides change statuses etc... You could loose rentals doing it this way... People change their mind or was just shopping around price checking etc. Even your competitors could book fake leads to fill your schedule so you looked booked.... We have found it better to require a deposit even before they are able to sign the contract.. It has 100% eliminated the let me reserve this stuff and see what we want to do.. You can also set automations to revert a contracted lead back to quote with no deposit after x days and send them a text or email alerting then to that change also

I was going to say pretty much the same thing Greg did. :) If anything, I would leave it so that they have to sign and pay before confirmed. There's a table on the dashboard to let you know who has paid, signed, etc so you can follow up with people when needed.

Thank you both of you. That makes sense.

Regarding the preset chart on the dashboard, can we show only the contract and not the confirmed ?

And the date under sent should be the date we sent the contract but it seams to be the date when we put the contract in this statuts. Can it show no date if we did not sent the contract ?

Sorry, this is a prebuilt table and cannot be edited.

Even though that's a pre-built table you can create your own dashboard item to show the things you're looking for and add it to your dashboard you can pick any columns you want any variables you want

Great ! is there a video or information i can look at to help me create it ?

From what i saw, i need to create a filter and a report and then go in dashboard and ''add a data table''

But then, what is ''time value'' ?

photo

Time value is what information you want the report to pull from...are you going by "event date"? Is that what you want to see...leads by event date...or leads by payment date, etc. We have some YouTube videos on daily revenue reports/dashboards if you take a look at the YouTube channel..but nothing for this specific report. You will want to build the filter and report and add them both to the dashboard table...if you do and it's not working the way you'd planned let us know.

Thank you, i will let you know

What is the time value of the prebuild dashbord for the signed and deposit and balance due ?

You would want to use lead/event date
