I thought that with that programmation, when a lead is either signed, or deposit has been paid, it would transfer the lead into the confirmed status.
It is working when a contract is signed.
But not when deposit is paid

we ''received'' payment for the total of the deposit but it did not move the lead to confirmed

The confirmed status says the lead has to have a deposit AND a signed contract. Do you want to change this?

Also, when we receive a signed contrat by fax, i saw that we can update the contract with a receive date. But can i indicate it is signed ?

So you want it to be if they ONLY pay to go to the confirmed status? The customer doesn't have to sign??
To show that they have signed go to contract area and yes, record the receive date.

So, we want a contract to be automatically confrimed when the contract is signed. Even if we have not received the deposit.
But, if we received only the deposit, it should remain to the ''contract'' status

I was going to say pretty much the same thing Greg did. :) If anything, I would leave it so that they have to sign and pay before confirmed. There's a table on the dashboard to let you know who has paid, signed, etc so you can follow up with people when needed.

Regarding the preset chart on the dashboard, can we show only the contract and not the confirmed ?
And the date under sent should be the date we sent the contract but it seams to be the date when we put the contract in this statuts. Can it show no date if we did not sent the contract ?

Time value is what information you want the report to pull from...are you going by "event date"? Is that what you want to see...leads by event date...or leads by payment date, etc. We have some YouTube videos on daily revenue reports/dashboards if you take a look at the YouTube channel..but nothing for this specific report. You will want to build the filter and report and add them both to the dashboard table...if you do and it's not working the way you'd planned let us know.
