After a customer pays a deposit, how do they pay the remaining fee online?

You have your emails set to go out to customers reminding them of money still owed.

Do you have a lead # where the customer is saying they can't pay?

they are saying that when they try to pay the remaining amount it just don't allow them to. I don't have a lead number at this time

I have this fixed you had it set to allow deposit payments only.

I also have this problem. Where would I go to fix this? I think I fixed this issue.

Julie yours is set to allow all payments.

Thank you Jen. This original thread allowed me to go through and figure it out. I did have it set to deposit only. Thanks for your quick response.
