Do you have a lead # where the customer is saying they can't pay?
they are saying that when they try to pay the remaining amount it just don't allow them to. I don't have a lead number at this time
I have this fixed you had it set to allow deposit payments only.
I also have this problem. Where would I go to fix this? I think I fixed this issue.
Julie yours is set to allow all payments.
