How often does IO sync with QBO?

Hello IO team,


I'm an accountant, helping my client fix his QBO versus IO (there are duplicates, missing refunds, missing cancellations).


I've made a change to a lead order about 3 hours ago. (had to change the balance due to 0.00 because the event was cancelled and we want correct sales figures). Lead #11106079.

The change is not showing in QBO.

So I'm wondering how often does IO syncs with QBO?

you would have to move it to a non-cancelled status, make the change and save, then after it syncs, move it back. Here is an article on quickbooks.

Jen,

I did this 2 days ago, changed the status to "confirmed", and saved.

The changes didn't sync to QBO.

The syncs are supposed to happen every 5 hours or so, as per the knowledge base info.


What status do I have to use so that the changes syncs to QBO???? Please help out.

Good morning, .the lead itself doesn't zero out it just doesn't show any longer in the numbers.
