When I try to click on Quote, Contract, Invoice, etc. from the lead page, it tells me that the contract has expired. Why is that happening and how to I fix it?

The lead is in a partial status, it needs to be in the quote status to open the quote and contracted status to open the contract or invoice. (see screenshot)

That doesn't seem to be the case. My lead is in the Quote status and still having the same issue.

I just checked lead 11133761 and it is in the quote status and the quote opened right up....the lead that you gave me is in a partial status so the quote will not open.
