How do we add a specific promotion date window for our Splash50 Coupon Code? I didn't see a field to input dates like before....

The promos with the specific dates are setup as a legacy promotion, which can still be done by clicking the drop down next to the add promotion button and choose "Add Legacy Promotion". Otherwise you would have to build the dates and specific items that qualify into the filter you are matching on a conditional promo.
