We need help getting our 2 email addresses fixed. They broke after I upgraded to the new servers I believe!

The issue was fixed and your email should be working now. If you continue having issues with it, please send in the lead# that's having trouble sending, or a screenshot of your error.

It still won’t connect to either email address on my phone or laptop. Do I need to restart them?

You may need to double check the outgoing server name from:

ssl://itsthejumpoff.com

to:

ssl://mail.itsthejumpoff.com

where do I do this?? Im kind of starting to panic that I cant check out email ow for 10 days!

You should still be able to check your email through the webmail client here: https://itsthejumpoff.com/webmail

The devices you have connected to the email may need to have their outgoing server name updated depending on the email app being used.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME GET ACCESS BACK TO OUR EMAIL TODAY???? I’m starting to panic because I haven’t been able to receive any e-mail now for so long!

Ive tried deleting and adding the email accounts back to my Mac (Mail app) and it cant sign in using either of the step that I was given to try.

to:

ssl://mail.itsthejumpoff.com
