We need help getting our 2 email addresses fixed. They broke after I upgraded to the new servers I believe!

The issue was fixed and your email should be working now. If you continue having issues with it, please send in the lead# that's having trouble sending, or a screenshot of your error.

It still won’t connect to either email address on my phone or laptop. Do I need to restart them?

You may need to double check the outgoing server name from:

ssl://itsthejumpoff.com

to:

ssl://mail.itsthejumpoff.com
