I currently only have access to a few of the phone numbers. I cannot figure out where to give myself access to all of the phone numbers to call and text from

You are restricting which workers can see some numbers. Fix this first and if you still have issues, let me know. If you don't really want to restrict workers per number, remove all workers from the list and save. That will make all workers with access to that location able to use it.
