Partial leads to cancelled leads

Is there a way to change a partial leads (no phone number and or no category) into cancelled (we also put rejected lead into cancelled) without having to write a phone number or put a category

If.ypu create an automation, it should go there without those things but once you try to make any changes and save it will go back to partial
