i see where it is on the settings drop down menu but how do i add my info?

Click, "add sync" there you can add access to the google account.

is there a way to have separate prices for same unit?

im running a promotion for a all weekend rental. is there a way to keep that seperate from my regular price and have both showing?

if not i assume i can change dates/price in he quote that i will send to them to reflect that weekend promotion?

Sure, use conditional pricing to change the price then in WordPress you can set what pricing is showing with custom price points.
