pricing hard surface tent fee

what is the best way to charge a hard surface tent fee that will be linked to the amount of "anchor points" legs. this will change for different size tents. I need this price to be different than inflatables, that is $5 per anchor point, this needs to be about $30 per anchor point.

One of 2 ways I can think of. A new surface for tents. You could then restrict it from the quote page so customers don't choose it, them manually put it on the tent when an order comes in though you may want to allow customers to choose it if you allow booking them online.
A much more complex version is using accessories.

Adding the new surface and doing a tie down fee sounds like it would work for what your wanting.
