Email and SMS issues

I have a client #27521134 that has been telling me since last week that she isnt getting our emails or sms

here is the screen shot of what we sent but she said she didnt get them


but she did get the emails that was sent via email center like contract reminders set as you can see in the log area

Can you see what you find could be causing this?

at first i was thinking email issues but she gets the email center stuff not the manual ones i send via the email interface from IO and for SMS same from IO interface she doesnt them them but if i send her an text from my phone it works using my personal number so it seems our IO phone number is the possible issue

Your email preferences are giving error when testing SPF and DKIM. I would recommend fixing both SPF and DKIM to improve email delivery. Let us know if you have trouble after updating.
