You can do this by going to Settings-->Promotions & Fees. Click the arrow next to the "Add Promotion" button and select "Add Legacy Promotion".
Change the type to fee.
The requirements is what would need to happen for this fee to apply. If you have a specific tent you want to add this fee on to, put 1 in the howmany/How much box and change "Dollars" to rentals. You will see a new section appear, and this is where you can add the specific item this fee will apply to. In the reward section, enter how much the fee will be. You can change the fee to $ fee and enter how much the fee will be in the box.
