Contract did not update - Client cannot see changes

I'm having problems with a contract. The client paid for the event several days ago. However, they wanted me to make some changes - so I added some party techs and discounted some games etc for them, to their existing event. Anyway the overall budget did not change. Then I sent the client the contract. But the contract does not show the changes I made (however, the Quote does show the changes). Please advise. Thanks

We would need the lead#. If the contract was already signed you would need to go to the contract section of the lead you would want to create a new one
