IO Phone calling me from Pakistan?

IO Phone has been struggling for me today. Not sure what's up...or what's down?

1. I've been initiating calls from the website, which come through to the customer but don't come through to my phone. After trying 3 times it finally came to my phone, and when the customer answered they were upset that I had called several times with no answer when they picked up....now I'm nervous any time it takes more than a second for my phone to register the initiated call! Which leads to..

2. Calls initiated are taking longer than usual to reach my phone....after I click the call button it's taking up to 10 seconds to pop up on my phone. Which is an issue particularly if the person on the other end had already answered, especially if they answered, heard nothing, and hung up (which is my guess of what's happening with...)

3. Calls initiated are being dropped as soon as I answer them on my phone, before they're connected to the person I'm trying to call.

4. I'm receiving inbound calls on my personal phone number from Pakistan...which just so happens to be the country code for when the first two digits of my company phone number are used as a country code instead of part of the area code. (The Pakistani phone number calling me is simply my company phone number without a USA country code).

5. I'm receiving voicemails and missed calls without anything coming through (I know this is somewhat nominal, but it's much more than usual).


What's going on? Is this temporary?

These issues may have been temporary are you still having all of these issues? If so please provide call examples from call log and behavior experienced.
