I have a filter set up to only allow reserved leads. I am curious how a call came through a filter after 5pm for lead

May be your filter is wrong based on this post. Reserved are not in progress leads.

I separated the filter into a group to split the teardown section with the status. I think this was an issue with the filter setup. Let us know if you get another one that gets through and shouldn't.
