Multiple Brands / Websites under Inflatable Office

I'm going to be starting a new company this fall with a new name/website/inventory etc. This will be a DBA and is still a rental company, so I would like to use IO to track rentals. I will also post the new inventory on my existing IO site so I need to track it from both so I won't overbook.

So everything will be stored at the same location and delivered by the same employees, just different uniforms! Basically I need a different website/url/email that will link to IO and track everything. I think the multi brand is what I need. I'm a little confused on how to create a new "group" of customer pages and if that would allow me to create a new website?
