Io phone not sending calls to my phone

When I try to make a call from the website from the computer or my phone they don't come to my phone, it rings on the website for about 20 seconds before it stops the call

Employee number is (780) 686 - 0597

(780) 818 - 6199 is still getting calls

no (780) 818 - 6199 can receive calls if sent to them

But (780) 686 - 0597 Cannot receive calls being sent to them, or calls being made by clients

If you look at the call log and click on one of the "missed calls" you will see that his number is ringing. Is he having connection problems?
