Automatic Emails - prebuilt in IO

Good Afternoon, I had some automatic emails inactive for a while, and just activated them today.


It doesn't appear they are working yet - do they take time to have approval by IO support like automation does? Just wanted to check in case they just aren't approved yet - or if they're not working.

Do you have an example of an email that you turned on today?

Yes! Just a couple I turned on in the last hour


Customer - Recent Quote(customer created)

Customer - Contract Received!

Customer - Payment Received!

So I was testing it myself and not receiving those emails, as well as I had two customers actually book and they did not receive those emails through the steps of booking.

The Recent Quote (customer created) email has a 0 for the timing...you have to at least have .01 entered for it to go out

I do show the Contract Received email went out if you take a look at the lead's log

Payment Received email is going out...take a look at lead 17792057 log

That makes sense! I guess I thought 0 was instant! haha

If you set it .01 it will go out the quickest!
