How do you calculate your monthly sales totals without long term rentals being counted every single month. If a job is put up in January and not down until mid February, it counts in both months. If you put do a job and delivery in May for Memorial Day weekend and take down June 1, it counts in both months. This is incorrect reporting. If a storage rental for the year is billed in December it counts it as a job and income for the entire year and show in every single month as the full amount.

Do you want these to only show on the month they go out? I wonder if we add a filter to only show leads that ended that month as well...if that would help. I've saved a couple...End date Feb, March, and April...try adding one of these when you run a monthly report for those months and see if it helps.
