IO phone voicemail not working. I get an error that says “ Failure processing PlayAudio (error) after 1 second” or 32 seconds whatever the case.

Developers advised it seems there was an issue with the recording audio file. They’ve converted it to an MP3 and replaced it on your VM Box.
Can we run some test calls to ensure it’s now working? Also noticed both Ring Schedules have a delay of 15 seconds but I’m not really sure why; don’t have extensions or anything, so it’s seemingly just waiting 15 seconds before dialing anyone.
