Help with syncing a lead to QB

Hello,
For some reason lead 77115931 is not syncing to QB, days after payments have been made. Can you help push this through to QB for us?
Usually this process works well, but every once and a while we get a stubborn lead that won't sync, any idea why this is happening, and anything we can do on our end to avoid it?
