Website cart is not allowing to choose time beyond 12:00 pm

One client alerted us that the website time picker doesnt go beyond 12:00 pm. This morning, we checked "no" to allow auto booking. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it because it was working fine before.

What is the latest you want the end time to be instead of 12?

The latest time is 11:45pm. The issue is that when a client is trying to place an order the cart on the website is only showing until 12:00pm (noon). We reverted back to allow auto booking
