I keep getting this error " I couldn’t create the report because the Filters tool is not enabled for this account.

Please enable the Filters feature, then I can create a saved filter and report for:

Date range: 10/1/2026–4/30/2027
Orders: Confirmed and Contracted
Details: Rental/inventory by day, customer name, and company/organization name"

I have all permissioned turned on. what is the issue

Are you able to log out and back into the software and see if you are able to create a filter now? You do have access to filters per your permissions.

Yes i have done that and it still gives me the same issue " I couldn’t create the report because the Filters tool isn’t enabled for this account. Please enable Filters for the account, then I can create the report with:"

You need to set the AI tools settings, HERE is an article that reviews this further. You will go to Settings--AI Tools and need to set them for each location.

The AI Tools is blank when i click on it

You will need to have an admin set the AI tools or have them give you permission in your worker profile to "Settings AI Tools" so you can configure them.

They tried and it will not let them select that permission.
