Why my IO Phone number does not work

Not sure why my numbers are not working. I can't call out from them or receive calls.


The call from bar on the top does not show any numbers to call out from. Did I set up the phone wrong? See picture below.

I don't show any worker are numbers to call out from. What is your cell #? I can set it up

I guess I'm a little confused. Do I need a separate number from the ones I created on the portal? I guess I thought that when a customer calls the number listed above in the picture from the original number it would ring on my phone with the app on it.

You would need a "live" line to accept calls

The number above is a free Google voice number that I was planning on using for the business. This number is live. I guess I just figured the IO phone was also meant to be your main business number. Sorry, still learning there system.

Ok, I've added it so it will show in drop down. Do we need to add a schedule so that when people call into the business lines it rings your phone? What type of schedule would you want it to be?
