Option for the worker to indicate and then for the office to see when something is delivered and then again when it is picked up. Would also like this for customer pickups and then returns. Then a dashboard showing what is yet to be delivered and picked up.

On each lead, in the app, you can open each lead and click "load truck" or something like that. In there, you can set what is called packing list statuses and check off what is loaded, what is delivered, what is picked up and what is returned. Or you can build your own statuses. It's done per stop instead of the vehicle list.

When employees mark things in the app according to the packing list status, you can view that on the lead AND build reports/dashboards for it.
