error message when i send-

is this an IO email or a private email outside of IO?

Try logging into go daddy direct and confirm your credentials and make sure you have all the info in IO set correctly it's usually a password issue

When I go to your Email Preferences you are no longer logged into your email. I believe if you are using GoDaddy you now have to login through Outlook? You will want to go to Email Preferences and "Grant Outlook Permision"
