automatic Email that don't seem to be sending

I have several automatic emails that don't seem to be sending based on the stats tab. Here are a couple of examples:

https://rental.software/account/#/settings/emailcenter/email_custom,897521/email
https://rental.software/account/#/settings/emailcenter/email_custom,886121/stats (which has a copy that sends at a differnet time and it sends regularly)
I'm sure there are more. but if you can tell me WHY these aren't sending I can fix the others.
