Texts not sending through email

Need Answer

I responded to 3 different customers this evening through the email IO Alert, which is something I normally do. However, I went to send a quote to a customer, & pulled up the text thread with them, I realized that my last 2 texts to him didn't send. Then I looked at a couple of others that I sent via email & those did show up in the text log either.
