Website Changes

Need Answer

Good morning,

We are exploring the options of having our website being changed.

We rent softplay equipments and with that comes picking colors, different toys, different hoppers and more complex items that sometimes gets tricky to keep track off.

With this being said, we’d like our website to reflect this setting, have sort of a “build your softplay set”

We are open to discussing someone helping us build the website if needed.

I’d like to know if this is something your booking system can do and if i can be pointed to the right point of contact to discuss.

Thank you so much in advance

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out about this, and we'd love to help you with this vision.

The short answer is yes, our system is absolutely capable of handling this type of setup. We can configure a "package" where your customers are guided to choose their specific setup (colors, toys, hoppers, etc.) while keeping your inventory tracked perfectly behind the scenes. Setting this inventory up is not website building, per se, but will affect how your item pages appear.

The key is making this a smooth, visually positive experience for your customers, and that lies in the website design. It's better if it feels like a fun interactive builder instead of a clunky checklist.

To give the best advice, I want to know more about your ultimate goals. Since the rest of your current website looks really good, do you want a specialized, separately branded page or mini-site for your soft play? Do you want to set up your soft-play options directly in your existing site? Or, do you want a larger custom website build that refreshes all of your pages?

If it's easier, you can schedule a time here and we can talk more about this: https://calendly.com/ntwining-inflatableoffice/15-min-informational-call?back=1&month=2026-06

Eimys,

I am sending this to our support team for further guidance on setting up your inventory selections as we discussed.

Support,

Eimys may need assistance in setting up a package(s) that includes a combination of required selections and optional add-ons. The goal is to see how the shopping experience would work for the customers. The meeting link from their help page is not usable right now.

Hi

Thank you for this article.

Let me explain a bit of what we are looking to do in our website.

We would like our Softplay Packages to essentially be a “Build Your Own Set”

Therefore customers would choose.

Our softplay sets include:

- 2 hoppers

- an “accent” piece how we call it which means a tunnel for example, or a carousel… etc.

- the mats (which can be chosen from a variety of of colors (pink blue purple etc…)

So we would like customers to go through this and build their own sets.

What you sent me is for customers to choose packages like tables & chairs or waterslide, but im not sure how to do this to fit our needs.

If you can help or guide me please.

Kindly,

Eimys Zebede
